This showroom and office building of Tata Sipradi is located in Kathmandu, Nepal. The building is an authorized office and showroom of Tata Motors and Sipradi Trading. The unique outlook serves aesthetic as well as practical purposes.

This design-build project under the direct employ of the US Government was funded by the US Government and transferred to the Nepalese Army. This training center also has a level 1 medical facility and is located in Panchkhal, Nepal.

This design-build project of the Ullens School building at Khumaltar, Kathmandu has concrete shear wall structures with raft foundations. The total built-up area is approximately 41K sq. ft., with a basement and 5 stories.

Following the earthquake of 2015, this project was completed, as a single package with Paropakar Maternity and Women’s Hospital, under the employ of Hazama Ando Corporation from Japan.
These hospitals had a long-standing history and now have been in full operation since their completion by us in 2019.

The headquarter of the telecommunications giant Ncell Pvt. Ltd. (owned by Axiata, Malaysia) is located at Lainchaur, Kathmandu. The project comprises all interior fit-out work, awarded to us as a design-build project with a total area of 55K sq. ft.

This project was under a full package of civil and finishing in Kathmandu, under a private promoter. This is a specialty hospital constructed especially for children and women, prioritizing spacious rooms, natural light, and airy corridors to comfort the patients.

The construction project of the Kathmandu World School building was completed with a built-up area of 131K sq. ft. in 2019. The orientation of the building is designed in such a way that maximum sunlight can be utilized and is built on a hillock, utilizing the terrain of the landscape. This is one of the largest schools in Nepal with facilities for boarding and day boarding students from across Nepal.

Soaltee Sibkrim Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. commissioned us to carry out the construction work of Soaltee Sibkrim Hotel in Nepalgunj with a built-up area of 117K sq. ft. in 2015.
This is the only LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the most widely used green building rating system in the world) certified hotel in Nepalgunj, Nepal, and it’s one of the most significant projects in mid-west Nepal.
