The scope of work in this project is related to the preparation of design drawings for the Re-stripe painting for runways and traffic signs for taxiways and installation of threshold lights and edge lights at runway and taxiway. The construction work includes the cleaning and removing of the old markings and stripe of the runway and taxiway in the Baucau Airfield runway and then restripe the runway and taxiway in accordance to the FAA/ICAO codes following the removal of dirt and debris, installation of edge lights for runway and taxiway edge, installation of threshold light for runway and installation of obstruction light for tower, and installation of Trailer Solar High Mobility Airfield Lighting System (AV-HMALS). The scope of project will also include the safe storage of the Government Furnished lights in a 40-ft container; it should be inspected and transported from the port of entry to the secured storage facility until ready for installation at site.
