The project scope included civil, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary works. Notably, the foundation design incorporated gravel and RCC piles to ensure structural stability on challenging terrain. Furthermore, it featured a dedicated step-down transformer, a deep tube well with a full-scale water filtration plant, and above-ground fuel storage tanks (10,000 liters of gas and 20,000 liters of diesel) with spill containment structures. The facility also incorporated an emergency diesel generator system to support disaster rescue operations. The RCMC was designed with crisis management in mind and was strategically equipped to handle a variety of emergency scenarios effectively.
The changes in site location as well as reworks of the design along with new site as well as Geo-technical & topographic surveys, cost estimations & construction plans.
