Soaltee Sibkrim Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. had commissioned us to carry out the construction work of Soaltee Sibkrim Hotel in Nepalgunj with built-up area of 117K sq.ft. in 2015. This is the only LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the most widely used green building rating system in the world) certified hotel in Nepalgunj, Nepal, and it’s one of the most significant projects in mid-west Nepal.
