HBE was awarded the Selene Hospitality Resort Project in Pattale, Solududhkundha, a premium hospitality development designed to integrate wellness, leisure, and modern resort living. The project features a main block with yoga, spa, and banquet facilities, two guest villa blocks for private accommodations, a service and staff block to support operations, and extensive site development including roads, landscaping, and supporting infrastructure. Construction works encompass excavation and foundations, reinforced concrete structures, brick and stone masonry, plastering, painting, waterproofing, roofing with CGI sheets, and steel truss installations, along with miscellaneous works such as termite treatment and road base preparation. The resort is envisioned as a modern destination that harmonizes wellness facilities with comfortable guest accommodations, supported by durable civil works and thoughtfully planned site infrastructure.
